With the amount of guests that use the facilities, I would suggest that the resort add a separate wing for large parties. While I appreciate wedding days and the ladies' celebration, I also want to ensure that I am able to relax, especially for the price that is paid for these services. The massage was fine, but when I came out, there was a huge bridal party celebrating in the calming area of the spa. I waited quite a while before being called for my appointment - about 30 minutes. I was walked to the back of the spa to the changing rooms, which is exactly as expected. However, it was several minutes before they sent someone to check in with me. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff were busy helping another client, so I stepped away to allow for privacy.
I visit the spa at Choctaw a couple of times a year for a massage and time relaxing in the calming area.
